More Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section detailing different parts of the property.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

More documentation made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
